Hello,
In the CPM Dashboard under Overview - within the AV/AP Vendor Distribution - I have 250+ systems that have a proper CPM 1.5 install in place - however, they show in the graph as Category: Other/None. Are there any known peculiarities with the relevance for that chart? I checked many of them and they are up to date on everything and have proper installs. Figure I better inquire now before my compliance director notices first.

Hi Mike,
The pie slices for each specific vendor in that chart represent the number of applicable computers for the vendor’s uninstall Fixlets. The Other/None category is then calculated by subtracting the union of all computers relevant to one of the uninstall fixlets from the set of all computers. Like this:
Other/None = ( set of all computers - union of sets of applicable computers of uninstall fixlets)
Therefore, machines in that group for some reason are not applicable to any of AV uninstall fixlets. Can you verify that this in fact true?

Thanks Jesse - that was it. They are not relevant for uninstall - in fact they are all relevant for the CPM Restart Needed fixlet. And I did check and they are all weeks behind from having rebooted. So, it is working as designed. Thanks so much for the clarification. Big help!
