Has anyone seen the issue where copy/paste of fixlet details (either relevance or action script) from the console stops working? Any pointers on how to fix it are appreciated.

Can you tell us where you are copying from/to?
Try using the “right-click” Copy function instead of CTRL-C and see if that helps.

Right-click has the same issue. I’m copying from a console running on my local desktop (I believe console running on a terminal server has the same issue) into any text editor (outlook, notepad, etc.)

Even we have the same issue from last so many days. Earlier it was happening for us. Right click function is also not working. Have anyone got the solution?
I am using terminal server.

It can be related to the security settings for your browser. If you open IE > Tools > Internet Options > Security tab > highlight Internet Zone > Custom Level. Check for copy and paste restrictions. They may need to be turned to Enable instead of Prompt or Disable. It is possible, depending on your environment, that group policies are controlling these settings for you.

We think this is fixed in 8.0. Also see: http://forum.bigfix.com/viewtopic.php?id=4913
