Hi Curtis,

Thanks for reporting this. As mentioned by Rob, MS13-085 only replace MS13-073 for Office 2010 SP1.

We will work on it and fix the false positive soon.

Hi Curtis,

Please try the attached custom copy for those 2 fixlets and let me know whether it works.

I have included a file check for some files mentioned by MS. Please note that this patch can be installed to Office 2010 suite without excel component.
