We will go with the modification of file relevance like below:

(exists file “afd.sys” whose ((version of it >= “6.1.7601.21000” AND version of it < “6.1.7601.22467”) OR (version of it >= “6.1.7601.17000” AND version of it < “6.1.7601.18272”)) of it) of (folder “drivers” of system x64 folder)
