I have 573 fixlets in the Patches for Windows site with a modification time that matches or is later than the time for these two fixlets.

This means I start work this morning with a lot of reports of updated components in baselines and I have no evidence to explain this.

The site version is 4023. The prior release announcement was for version 4021. Were all of these updates in the ‘secret’ 4022?

Version 4022 was actually version 4021 that was reopened and reprocessed. There was no announcement provided, so none was published.
