I’ve had a Win10 (1709) machine fail all three, even though it should not have tried to run any.

**Edit - There appears to be a whole relevance clause missing from each (the equivalent of Relevance 7 from the September versions)

Why do we see KB4521863 4521862 4521861 4521859 4521858 4521856 on all Win10 computers even if only one applies? I have created task including them all to deploy on one computer and the result is failed (all KBs failed except the one specific for that computer).

and even after failing, they still show as relevant for the computer. any way to fix that?

Same issue here. All Windows 10 machines are relevant for multiple incorrect service stacks.

The team has gone with a new simpler relevance check for the servicing stack updates for Windows 10, which is why you do not see the large relevance statement you see in prior servicing stack update fixlets. The thing that got missed was adding back a relevance check for the specific version of Windows 10.
The previous relevance format inherently had a Windows 10 version check built into it by design and did not need to have a separate explicit Windows 10 version check.

Updated fixlets should be released shortly.

Have you checked the “Show Non-Relevant Content” tab?
If its shows then, you dont have any machines that its relevant for

After applying the following KBs (Windows 10 Cumulative Updates) to systems in our environment this month, Microsoft Edge crashes after launch.

KB4519338
KB4517389

Uninstalling the patch resolves the issue with Microsoft Edge. Is this a known issue? Did anyone else see similar behavior with their deployments?

If you do a Google search on MS updates for the past few months, you can typically see all reported issues others are having.
Particularly, if you do a search on KB4517389, you’ll see others seem to be having the issues you are seeing with Edge.
