Patches for Windows, site version 3687 has arrived, seemingly containing changes to a number of old fixlets but I cannot find a release announcement for it. We therefore have some policy baselines that need to be synched, but have no supporting evidence as to why we have to make this change.

One of the changes is to MS18-JUL: Security update for Office 2013 - Office 2013 SP1 - KB4022188
Microsoft’s KB article was last updated on 30th October 2019 and the update catalog says last updated 7/5/2018.

please have a look once.

There were some evaluation time issues for the relevance on few old fixlets. so, we have updated the Fixlet with new relevance
