This site is now at version 3510, but I don’t see a release announcement for it yet. Will that get updated soon?

Not every single version will get an announcement.

Some content like the Office 365 fixlets are constantly updated to keep the downloads in line with the changes that Microsoft makes to the download file. Sometimes, this can be daily or more and we feel that adding these to announcements adds unnecessary noise to the announcement feed.

So if a version only contains changes like what is mentioned, then there will be no announcement for it.
