Question: If you clear the console cache and restart the console, does it go away?
Still the same error encountered, tried also deleting user profile. During the remote session with IBM Support they instruct us to run auditrailcleaner to remove deleted actions. The database is located remote and when we try to run the tool we get below error.

The DSN being used is bes_bfenterprise
On the Bigfix Server, go to C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe
Step through the bes_bfenterprise DSN and test connectivity
If basic connectivity is working then the issue is username and password you are using to access database
User needs to have DBO rights to bfenteprise database
I have this error when I tried to open ODBC.
