Hi, I have some remote sites where I have installed IBM Bigfix Console , Console is taking 40 mins wait time for login , please assist on this issue asap as the client patching is stopped due to login issue.
You should open a PMR to troubleshoot your specific issue. In the meantime, I think the recommendation is to use a Terminal Server near the BES Server for console access.

Agree with @JasonWalker. A jump box near the root BES server is best for thick console. Alternatively, setup WebUI for issuing actions or checking action status.
