Both web reports and the console do have views for actions already.
For instance you can go to https://host:port/webreports?page=ExploreActions and click on a specific action, and it will give you action details.

Web reports also provides a button to export this table to CSV.

In the console, you can select all, copy, then paste this data into a spreadsheet. The console also allows you to display arbitrary columns of other properties.
