We have a variety of BES clients on systems (7.1.1.315, 7.1.5.02, 7.2.4.60 and 7.2.5.22) but the majority is 7.2.4.60. Recently when we deploy software to a system, we ask for a forced reboot post action, there is a secondary message “Confirmation Required”. It looks like it times itself out and then restarts the system.

I have noticed that the reboot doesn’t execute timely. For example, a 15 minute forced reboot, takes atleast 15 minutes, but has ran up to 45 minutes to reboot. Does this have something to do with this new “Confirmation Required” feature?

Checking the logs, and they do not seem out of the ordinary.

Hi RP,

If you force a restart in 15 minutes, the agent should pop up a box that counts down to 0 and then restarts… Do you see something different than that?
