Computers do not appear after successful agent install

I successfully installed the Linux Agent on multiple machines today and they showed up in the console fine.
However, the last two machines did not. After waiting a while, I restarted the BES service. Refreshed the console, etc. I eventually rebooted the clients. No luck.
I restarted the bes console. Restarted the bes server. No Luck.
I uninstalled the client and re-install it using the CDT. No problems reported. Still nothing in the computers list.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

First thing to check is the client logs on the Linux endpoints. Should be at /var/opt/BESClient/__BESData/__Global/Logs

Most likely thing is that they cannot resolve the root server name, or are blocked from sending traffic to it.
