Combined action summary report

Greetings.

I could use some assistance/suggestions with the following:

I have 4 separate actions that were used to deploy a Adobe Acrobat Pro to select targets (unfortunately, they could not all be done as 1 action). I am looking for a way to get a summary report showing the status for all of the targets that were part of these 4 actions. So, if there were 1000 targets combined for all 4 actions, of these 1000 targets, how many were successful, how many are still waiting, how many failed, etc. Since Adobe Acrobat Pro has been deployed to others, as well, so I cannot just query based on the presence of Acrobat Pro. The presence of the software has to be related to the 4 actions.

Has anyone ever created such a report?

Are they part of a single multiple-action group? Or are they individual actions?

Hey Ben,

They are individual actions. Right now, we are pulling information into Excel spreadsheets, merging the data from the spreadsheets into an Access database, exporting the database back into an Excel spreadsheet. Very time consuming and prone to error.

Why not put the actions in a multiple action group (you can put the source Fixlets/Tasks in a baseline to make this easy) and then the reporting tools will automatically group the results together…
