Hi Everyone,

Is it possible to monitor AVG Software via the Client Manager for Endpoint Protection (CMEP) Module and if so what option(s) would need to be investigated to enable this process.

I have reviewed the CMEP User Guide at http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/tivihelp/v26r1/topic/com.ibm.tem.doc_8.2/CMEP_Users_Guide_PDF.pdf

And it only reads it covers McAfee, Symantec, Sophos, CA, Proventia, Defender and Forefront agents. Based on the built in Analyses and Tasks.

Any help would be appreciated…

Hi Todd,

We currently have no plan to provide support for AVG software in CMEP. While there is a “Client Manager Builder” available in BigFix Labs which helps customers to create fixlets/analysis for AV products outside CMEP support.

Hi,

I try to build analyse with client manager builder in bigfix labs for System center endpoint protection from Microsoft.

Has anyone try this. Im stuck in step 4/5 because i dont know where to find information about “Oudated Virus Definition Detection information”
