Client Won't Check in on Relay

I am at a loss. I have a server that for some reason won’t connect to any relay in the deployment. There are hundreds of other clients registered to those relays. I am getting a http failure code 0 - registration url error. I have uninstalled the client and reinstalled. I have disabled my antivirus, placed an any any rule for inbound/outbound on the windows firewall. I can ping all the relays and do an nslookup to resolve the names. I am not really sure what else to do.

Are you precomfiguring settings for relayserver1, relayserver2, or failoverrelaylist? https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/community/wikis/home?lang=en#!/wiki/Tivoli+Endpoint+Manager/page/Configuration+Settings

The most common issue is that at initial registration time, the client does not yet have a list of relays and will only register to the root server listed in your masthead file. If you have blocked traffic to the root server, the client registration fails.

This can be avoided by preconfiguring a failoverrelaylist, or primary and secondary relays at installation time, using a clientsettings.cfg file.

Reply back if this might be the case and we can go into some more detail.

Hi Jason. We have not blocked traffic to the root server although that sounds like a good idea in the future. It really is the only machine we have the issue with. I can actually see in the logs that it cycles through 4 relays and give transport errors on all 4.
