Has anyone successfully used the “Client UI Icon” feature in the BES Admin tool?

I’ve tried .ico files with a variety of formats on Windows 2000 and XP. None of them appear on the client when the user is prompted for a restart, etc.

Does the ico file need to be put into a specific location on the server?

What is the supported dimensions (16x16, 24x24, 32x32) and format (png, ico, 8bit, 24bit, 32bit) of the icon?

Thanks. That looks perfect. I looked in the kb before posting; odd that “icon” doesn’t find that article. Thanks again.
