Hi , Is it mandatory to modify the enrty to 0 from 1 for _BESRelay_Comm_Authenticating if we want to reset the password for Authenticated Relay _BESRelay_Comm_KeyExchangePassword ?
The setting “_BESRelay_Comm_Authenticating” enables the relay authentication (see the related fixlet 1297 BES Client Setting: Enable Relay Authentication)
The setting “_BESRelay_Comm_KeyExchangePassword” is used to enable the “manual key exchange” scenario as described here:

To summarize, the short answer is “no”, you can change the setting _BESRelay_Comm_KeyExchangePassword doesn’t require to disable the relay authentication setting. The new password can be immediately used to register a new client to the involved authenticating relay.
