Client not reporting

HI Guys,

I am kind of really new to TEM.

OK i am able to install the client but my client is not reporting back which mean that when i go to client, it says about OS and other settings " not reported"

This is very strange. I have never seen this kind of issue. What is actual OS installed on the server?
