Change relay assignment on Mac OSx post-factum?

We have a fair number of Macs that are pointing god knows where when it comes to BF relays. Is there a way to make a change on the Mac locally, similarly to changing it in Registry on Windows machine? Or do I need to create new install package and re-run it on these in order to update the relay assignment and search order?

You can change the besclient.config file (equivalent to the registry settings key on Windows).
