Hi,
I have been trying to install IBM Endpoint manager v9.0 in a test environment to explore it’s patch management feature.
I am trying to work with Red hat Linux v5, as I am able to deploy the agent\client on the target server. I have configure the red hat download plugin in dashboard overview section. I can also see various updates related to Red Hat Linux v5 but when i try to deploy a fix I am not able to see the linux machine in the target section. Any clue about this issue?

You need to subscribe all red hat endpoints to patches for red hat site. Refer the Patch Management for Red Hat Enterprise Linux User’s Guide in IBM info centre for more information.

Can you please further elaborate? After the link you have provided, i went to BigFix Management pane and accessed License Overview. In RHEL 5 Section i have added my linux server by it’s IP address. But still license overview shows 0 subscription for RHEL 5.

try with endpoint name instead of IP address.
