Can't get ILMT: Missing "BigFix Management" Domain: NOT AIRGAPPED!

I am installing ILMT V9. I have successfully installed IEM and DB2 from IEM_Pltfrm_Install_V91_Lnx_DB2.tgz on linux, and the IEM console on Windows. The installation file was acquired via our Passport Advantage subscription. The tgz contained a directory IEM-9.1.1082-Linux-DB2 which contains a README, v10.5fp2_linuxx64_server_r.tar.gz, and a directory ServerInstaller_9.1.1082.0-rhe6.x86_64

This sounds similar to Legacy Communities - IBM TechXchange Community and Legacy Communities - IBM TechXchange Community

However:

  1. Neither the server nor the console is airgapped from the internet
  2. The installation used a flex license file created via https://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg24036830&aid=1
  3. I do not have the resources to pretend the servers are airgapped.

Also, the method described at

does not work:

  1. Log in to the Endpoint Manager console.
  2. In the navigation bar, click Sites > External Sites > IBM License Reporting (ILMT) > Dashboards > License Metric Tool 9.0.
  3. Select a computer to which you want to download the installer, and click Deploy Installer.

Under External Sites, I do not have

IBM License Reporting (ILMT) > Dashboards > License Metric Tool 9.0.

Is there a way to get ILMT? e.g. by creating a custom site?

Until you subscribe to ILMT via BigFix Managment > Dashboards after that it will appear in your external sites list.

It also sounds like you don’t have that BigFix Management button that is required, do you?

i have same proble, to
i installed TEM but no domain still is available after a couple days.
i have not mgmt button and ILMT
