Can't detect microsoft office Application

(imported topic written by Braian)

HI All,

TEM “out of the box analysis” can’t detect microsoft office in some of our work station, not in the list of installed application but i can see it in add/remove program of the PC.

Ive tried to query it through key “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall” in registry but return two result with same value. How can i filter to display only one result? or is there any other work around?

Thanks,

Braian
