Cant access web reports

Hi,

I just got this problem, I cant open the web reports, either using http://localhost/webreports or http://hostname/webreports … using mozilla, it show Bad Request (Invalid Hostname) … I chech the BES diagnostic and all test are green… is there anyone encounter this problem?

What if you go to the BES console > Tools > Launch Web Reports and launch it from one of the links it provides?

Also, is your BES Web Reports Service running on your BigFix Server?

hi, its running, and I did launch it from the link provide, but the result is still the same. Btw, I already create a new server and transfer all the data, the web reports work again… thx…
