Cannot open BES administration tool

Hi All,

App : BIGFIX 7.2.5.22 on Windows 2008 server.

DB : on remote server database with MS SQL2005 server

I cannot open my BES Administration Tool.

When I start to click BES Administration Tool, it’s appear message "The database does not appear to be initialized. Do you want to initialize it?.

After I click for OK, then i should put location where the file masthead and account certificate for admin then OK.

At the end appear message " The database appears to be in an inconsistent state. (detail on attachment).

Please I need advices for thi condition, because we need to create new account.

Do you have admin rights to the system?

I think you might want to contact BigFix support so they can troubleshoot with you…
