Can the Message Window Remain On Top During Application Install

Is it possible to create an action and have a window pop-up when the application starts installing and remain on top for the duration of the install. I don’t want users to have any reason to say they did not know that the application was installing and do something like shut the PC down.

Thank you for the quick response.

This notification tells the user when the process starts but does not notify them of when it has completed. Without a ‘Nag’ window they might shutdown ( or do something detrimental ) before the installation process has completed.

I also don’t want to set a deadline or wait for the user to accept the action. I want to notify them and initiate the action immediately and I want the notification to remain on top until processing has completed

In earlier versions of BigFix, the user notification dialog box was modal (it stayed on top). If the user then tried to drag it off the screen, it repositioned itself so that it was still on the screen.

Any chance we could bring this feature back as a checkbox?

As it stands now, the UI dialog box can get lost in the background.

What are you installing?

If it is msi file, can try use /qb! switch

This would be a really great feature to have. Is there a workaround or some other way to implement this for a dialog box?
