If there are two relays in my VLAN, which relay will the client go to? Is there a way to arrange the order? If both relays are down, will the client go to the server for information?
You can set a primary and a secondary Relay at Client install time or editing the Computer settings from the Console. The secondary Relay is the backup of the primary Relay if this becomes unavailable for any reason.

also take a look at the client setting failover relay list. Here you can list an indefinite number of relays that will be tried by the order they are listed.

If you use relay affiliation, you can set the seek order.
