As the title suggests, my organization has multiple BigFix/TEM deployments, and I was wondering if it were possible to use one console to view data from the various deployments?

Unless your top level relays all pointed to the same IEM server I’m not familiar with a way to connect to multiple instances of IEM.
It does appear though, that within Web Reports, you could have it pointing to multiple IEM instances as a data sources. That would at least centralize your ability to view data.

You can use the one console to point at the different environments, but you cannot be logged into the different environments at the same time. This would just be a matter of changing the URL for the server in the console logon.
Other than that, a vpetrell said, you could connect the web reports for viewing this information.
