Can Contracts be PVU or RVU Based

For BFI 9.2.6 is there a way to makes contracts PVU or RVU based. I would like to be able to compare my entitlements with what is installed the way that I can with Windows products.

The answer is no.
In 9.2.6 Contracts can be Seats or ELA based only.
