One machine we have has a broken client, not reporting at all. It looks like it was repaired once by stopping the service, renaming __BESDATA and restarting it, but that did not work so well either…
I am trying to remove it altogether for a clean install but the BESRemove tool does not work, and tells you to use add/remove programs. That, in turn, tells me " The installer was not able to copy the masthead for the upgrade process. the upgrade cannot continue"… I need a bigger hammer
