BigFix WebReport Issue

(imported topic written by alagos91)

Hi All,

Was hoping someone could help me with an issue I am having, I tried searching the forum for the problem I am experiencing but I got no hits. I created some custom reports and they were working fine for awhile. Just recently I went to pull some data using the reports I created but they were generating the follwoing error message: “Web Reports encountered the following error: class NoSuchSiteID”.

I can re-configure the reports and the problem goes away but I would really like to understand what generated this issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Arturo

You can try deleting the web reports cache: http://support.bigfix.com/cgi-bin/kbdirect.pl?id=360

If that doesn’t work, you should contact support: http://support.bigfix.com/contact.html
