Submitted RFE #122395 to relax the version control in Web Reports a bit. Right now the environment supports configuring a Web Reports servers to connect to multiple BigFIx servers/environments (let’s say LAB/UAT/DEV/PROD) but as soon as you upgrade one it breaks. Even if you upgrade the Web Reports server it cannot connect to any environment that is on a version even one level below. Given that Web Reports hardly ever change I think some level of backwards compatibility should be introduced where for example you can upgrade one environment to the next version and still be able to have Web Reports working with both sources.
