Responsibilities

•Educate customers about core BigFix solutions functionality (i.e., Patch, Power Management, Security Configuration Management, Software Distribution, and Software Asset Management).

•Present various BigFix Product Roadmaps and demonstrate core features of BigFix that differentiate it from competing products.

•Analyze customers’ operational needs and develop project plans to facilitate successful solution delivery.

•Plan and scope projects and establish effective mechanisms to ensure customer satisfaction and effective project management.

•Coach customers on optimal ways to implement core BigFix solutions including Patch, Anti-Pest, Anti-Virus, Software Distribution, Asset Discovery, OS Provisioning, Endpoint Firewall and Vulnerability Management.

•Recommend approaches in BES to create baselines, implement endpoint groupings and configure RBACs.

•Coach customers in the installation of the BES server; relay architecture and deployment of BigFix clients using a wide array of client deployment methods.

•Document customer network and server infrastructure to facilitate BigFix deployment

•Produce reports and customer deliverables. Deliver BigFix standard and custom training courses.

•Previous experience with enterprise systems management platforms or enterprise security products required.

Requirements:

•2-5 Years of Technical Project Management (or Leadership of a Technical Team Requiring Significant Project Management and Leadership)

•4-7 Years of Systems/Network Administration working in a Windows/Unix/Linux environment.

•Exposure to Altiris, LanDesk, Symantec, and McAfee is a plus

•Must have very strong leadership skills, professionalism, confidence, listening skills, extremely motivated and committed to excellence

•Significant experience using scripting languages to automate/streamline systems management tasks

•Good written and oral communication skills, detail oriented approach to problem solving.
