BIgfix relay is unable to generate bfemapfile and Gatherstate after relay reset

HI All, Please suggest troubleshooting if after reset of relay befmapfile and gther file are not able to get generated. Verion of relay 9.5.3.211

Is the Relay service running, and is the Client on the Relay able to properly register and report through the local Relay (verified by the Client’s log)?

Yes services are running, but at client logs I also see errors as FAILED to Synchronize - General transport failure and I checked the relay it is reporting to and then the top level relay logs where I could see the error in logs as below
