Does anyone know if there are plans to support BigFix Platform over AIX?

The BigFix client can already be installed on AIX systems.
Yes, run the BES Server on AIX.
I need to know if there are plans.
I know, Windows and redhat are supported, actually I have installed both, but my boss is anxious to know if AIX will be suported in the near time.
Is RHEL/CentOS not an option for you? (I’m guessing Windows would be your last choice)
This is a question that only IBM can really answer. CC: @AlanM
I personally find it unlikely to run on AIX, but since it does run on linux/db2 already, maybe it isn’t as significant of a step?

There are currently no plans to port the Root Server to anything outside of RHEL and Windows

They are asking (my boss) if RedHat for Power (pSeries) is supported for BES root server… I supposed no, but can you confirm please?
The current Root, Web Reports and WebUI server supported platforms are only Windows 2008 SP2+ 64bit and RHEL 6.3+ x86_84
There are currently no plans to extend beyond those platforms.
