I am pretty sure I know the answer to this, but is there any method of Operator tagging or adding notes?
We currently use an elevated access method to access Bigfix. This elevated access is managed via a portal using elevated sec groups and RSA to log in. Those accounts are not standard domain accounts and do not always match (or are close) to email names based off the standard account.
I would LOVE to be able to add notes or a tag for email, or even common name. If there was a way to change Operator Site names to a Common name it would be very good. I currently have 156 operators and only 11 are on my actual support team.
How do MOs that run BF with a high number of operators handle this?
