BigFix License Overview Dashboard Error

Hi,

I am facing an error which I cannot seem to resolve. When trying to access the License Overview I get the below error output:

It seems that something is amiss in the dashboard. The version is 10.0.6

Has anyone else faced this before? It eventually stops running scripts after going through the popups. I have restarted the server and still no win.

@QvR – Is there a way you can go to the relay diagnostics page on your server and trigger gather?
(you can also do it directly via URL on the server https://localhost:52311/rd-proxy?RequestUrl=cgi-bin/bfenterprise/BESGatherMirrorNew.exe/-triggergatherdb?trigger )

If that doesn’t help – can you take a look at your gather status page (https://localhost:52311/rd-proxy?RequestUrl=cgi-bin/bfenterprise/BESGatherMirrorNew.exe) and see if you have any errors?

Hi @Marjan,

The gather did not make a difference and there are errors present in the Gather Status page: Relay/RootServer shutdown while in GatherPending state

I can’t find much information on the above and how to resolve it though. Any ideas?

@QvR try clearing your console cache and reopening the console. If that doesn’t resolve the matter, your best off opening a ticket with support. Chances are something might be corrupted in the database (like duplicate site definitions) or possibly something is wrong within your license.

If you have Antivirus or EDR solution installed on server then disable it. Clear the console cache then try loading again. If it is still not working then you have to open support ticket with HCL

Open a support case - i had similar error message two weeks ago which was caused by the Vulnerability site showing up twice. Once i removed the sites and rediscovered it cleared.
