@QvR try clearing your console cache and reopening the console. If that doesn’t resolve the matter, your best off opening a ticket with support. Chances are something might be corrupted in the database (like duplicate site definitions) or possibly something is wrong within your license.
If you have Antivirus or EDR solution installed on server then disable it. Clear the console cache then try loading again. If it is still not working then you have to open support ticket with HCL
Open a support case - i had similar error message two weeks ago which was caused by the Vulnerability site showing up twice. Once i removed the sites and rediscovered it cleared.
