BigFix License Management Doesn't Populate


I am seeing an issue with the BigFix License Management Dashboard where I am receiving a javascript alert and the dashboard isn’t populating.

Has anyone seen this before I file a PMR?

Which site is that from?


This is from the “License Overview” dashboard which is a part of the BES Support site.


Sometimes I open the license management dashboard and get an, “Unknown Name.” prompt instead of just a blank one.

This doesn’t happen for me so it doesn’t seem like its a base issue with the site, so I think a PMR is in question to get data from you
