BigFix Inventory User Last Login

I have users that use scripts that call the BFI API to get data. However, the Users report in BFI only show their Last Login when they manually login to the UI, not when they hit the API.

Is this because they just use the same token (as a query parameter of ?token= )and the Last Login date is only updated when a token is requested (which they are not doing each time they all the API because they use the same token each time) ?

I believe the user logins and api usage are handled different ways and the API requests are logged only to the tema.log
