Bigfix Inventory Rest API Failing 500 Internal Server Error

We are using BFI 9.2.8. I am running Rest API to return all of the Software_Instances and getting a “500 Internal Server Error”. I have had a successful run early in the morning, but then when more than one person is on the system, it seems to fail.

Can you provide URL you are using? or minimal set of arguments that causes the issue?
