BigFix Inventory Issue

We downgraded IE 11 to 9, But its not getting reflected in BFI portal after doing initiate - upload scan and BFI Import.
What might be the cause of this issue?

If you checked the version of Internet Explorer in Control Panel or even in IE’s help, what version do you see?

Also, maybe the registry still has references to Internet Explorer 11 that the scan may be picking up?

I checked it manually the version is downgraded to 9.0 But BFI still shows as 11.0.
I will check it from registry and keep you posted. Thanks mtrain.

The registry seems to be updated and has the v9.0
have a PMR opened as well
