Bigfix inventory API is not working

Hi all,

Do we need to do any extra configuration to enable bigfix inventory REST API.
REST API is not working for me.

I am using my browser and running the below query
https://localhost:9081/api/sam/about?token=34b4ec368dfdfefc6a72f56ce35efd8c9914a10e

Token I have taken from a administrator privileged user

Nope, it should work without any additional configuration.
I just tested on my fresh install BFI, I logged into the dashboard of my admin account, check profile for token and used your API call with my IP and my token, worked like a charm.

Any idea, what troubleshooting steps I have to take next?

What is the error message you are getting when you try to run this API call? You could check the tema.log file as well for error messages regarding this call.
