Bigfix Integration With Tamit

Hi Everyone

Hope someone can give me some advice…

I recently received the BigFix_DSS_SAM_Integration_Composer_adapter adapter to integrate Bigfix wth Tamit…

Followed the procedure to create the External Site for the Tamit integration but it is not pulling in the files after the Gather job completed…

I can see the files under C:\Program Files (x86)\BigFix Enterprise\BES Server\GatherDBData\gather\TAMIT Integration\CurrentSiteData but not added to the external site…

Any ideas?

Did you subscribe any clients to the site? The new default in the newer BES versions is to not have any clients subscribed, I forget to do that at least once a week.

Deon,

If you are a newer TEM customer (in other words, you joined BigFix after version 8.0) then your license is probably not enabled to gather external content from Professional Services authored sites. You will need to contact licensing to enable your BigFix license to gather this content.

Thank you for the response and the advice… I will contact licencing so that they can enable our license to gather this content…
