Hello,
I am having trouble installing the BigFix Excel Connector in user accounts that have folder redirection for the AppData\Roaming folder enabled. Specifically, there appears to be an issue with the path to the AppData\Roaming\IBM folder:
The installer has put two backslashes after “Roaming” in the path.
I tried running the MSI directly to capture the log but I got a different error.

I am able to install this for users who do not redirect that folder.
