BigFix Console Ver. 8.1.551.0, it’s hangs while normal operation

Hi Team,

We are facing problem with BigFix Console Ver. 8.1.551.0, it’s hangs while normal operation.

BigFix console is installed on BigFix Server with following configuration

Operating System: Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise 64 bit With SP1

SQL Server: SQL Server 2008 With SP1

Hardware: Xeon E7520, 2 Processor (VM)

RAM: 8 GB

Hard Disk : 700 GB

Network : 1 GB

Installed Softwares:

Adobe Flash Player 10.2.159.1

Internet Explorer : 9/FireFox4.0.1

Office:2007 professional

We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling BigFix console and Adobe Flash player, there is no change in behavior of the console

Other observation on Windows Server 2003 with same console is working fine.

Please do let us know if you need any more information

There is a known issue with IE9.
