Bigfix Console Synchronizing with Active Directory

Hi there , how do we syncronize the Bes Console with our active directory ? We add several OU’s and deleted some , but the console has not changed … How do we correct ?

How long has it been?

The agents re-check their AD OU every 12 hours by default and then they should report it on their next heartbeat.
