Release notes:

• AIX7-00-001032 Now searches in /root instead of /home/root.
• AIX7-00-002141 The group owner of /etc/hosts should be system.
• AIX7-00-002145 The group owner of /etc/syslog.conf should be system.
• AIX7-00-002147 The owner of /var/spool/cron/atjobs should be bin or root.
• AIX7-00-002148 The group owner of /var/spool/cron/atjobs should be cron.
• AIX7-00-002058 Now checks for exec.
• AIX7-00-001135 Now checks to see if snmpd is active first.
