1. New fixlet to restart the service for McAfee Endpoint Security 10.x
A new fixlet is added to allow an operator to restart the service of McAfee Endpoint Security 10.x if it is not running.

All McAfee Avert Stinger and McAfee NetShield fixlets are removed from CMEP site because the software is no longer supported by the vendor.
Note these fixlets have also been removed from the CMEP Overview dashboard.
