BigFix Compliance Access

Hi All,

I am trying to give someone access to the bigfix compliance portal but can’t find a way of doing so. I am master operator (still trying to learn my way around BigFix) but unsure how to gain that access to the compliance portal.

Management tab > Users

If you setup LDAP, you can provide those users or you can provide create local users. It has nothing to do with BES accounts.

I only have access to the BigFix console, where is the management tab?

You’ll need to speak to the BigFix Admin or whoever setup the Compliance server. It should be straightforward for them.

ok great thank you that makes sense! I thought you would be able to grant access through the bigfix console.
