Bigfix client status remains "not reported"

Hi All,

While running action on some of client computers, the status of computers remains “not reported” & actions does not get executed.

I have tried sending refresh, but after sending refresh to client computers last report time of that computer gets updated but status remains “not reported”.

I have attached logs of such three client computers.

While running BES Client Diagnostics utility on another client computer I am getting following error

Illegal division by zero at clientdiagnostics.pl line 176, line 164.

Please suggest what next can be done.
